Frequently asked questions
Minimums depend on category and level of customisation. For standard items there is no fixed MOQ for wholesalers; for private label we agree the MOQ based on packaging design and label size.
Items in stock ship within 2–5 business days depending on destination. Production orders (private label, custom specs) ship within 2–4 weeks.
Yes — private label is available for most categories. We can place your logo on packaging and the product's internal tag. Minimums, label design and material are agreed up front.
We ship samples for standard items. For private label and custom specifications we produce a prototype after the order is confirmed and the design is agreed.
Standard terms are deposit + balance on delivery. For long-term partners we offer credit terms by agreement.
Yes — we ship regularly to Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Germany, Austria and other EU countries. Distribution runs out of our 18,000 m² warehouse in Čitluk.
Yes — we use OEKO-TEX® certified materials and operate an internal quality control system. Material certificates are available on request.
Yes — we produce to partner specifications: dimensions, weights, materials, colours, packaging. Send us your spec and we'll reply with a quote and production timeline.
Terms of cooperation
Cooperation usually starts with an inquiry and a quote tailored to quantity and specification. For larger customers we sign framework agreements with defined discounts and delivery windows.
Standard terms are deposit + balance on delivery, with credit lines available for long-term partners. Distribution runs out of our 18,000 m² warehouse in Čitluk with regular schedules for Croatia, Bosnia and the EU.
Private label is available on most categories subject to minimum order and packaging design agreement.
