Private label — how it works in practice

What private label covers for hospitality brands, minimum quantities, and what the design agreement looks like.

Private label is the fastest way for a hotel brand or boutique to sell a product under its own name without setting up production. At Odiseja we offer private label for most categories — here's what the process looks like in practice.

What private label includes

  • Your logo / brand on the internal product tag
  • Your logo on packaging (box, pouch, sticker)
  • Optional — your stitching design, trims, linings
  • Materials and technical specifications approved by you

Minimum quantities

MOQ starts at a few hundred pieces per model for pillows and quilts, slightly higher for bed linen and towels. For a new line we recommend a smaller initial order to validate sales before scaling.

Workflow stages

  • Brief and specification (dimensions, material, tag design)
  • Quote and order confirmation
  • Prototype — sent for approval before bulk run
  • Bulk production (2–4 weeks depending on quantity)
  • Packaging, QC and delivery
Real private label isn't just the tag — it's spec consistency across every order, for years.
